Glympton Construction limited were awarded the contract to build a new 10,500 sq. ft. industrial building for Povoas Packaging Limited on a previously brownfield site.
The new building was constructed with a steel frame structure, clad externally with profiled sheet cladding and internally was complete with a toilet block including external concrete yard, slab and gravel footpaths, landscaping, security fencing to the perimeter with two sets of entrance/exit gates and drainage.
The success of the new build industrial building project led to the award of a further contract at Povoas Packaging Ltd.
The second contract was to build a 1,500 sq. ft. extension to an existing industrial building.
Glympton Construction limited were awarded the contract to build a new 10,500 sq. ft. industrial building for Povoas Packaging Limited on an existing brownfield site located opposite their main premises. The client required additional storage for their rowing business. The new building was constructed with a steel frame structure, clad externally with profiled sheet cladding with external doors and roller shutters and internally was completed with a toilet block. Externally the works comprised of drainage, concrete yard, footpaths, landscaping and security fencing.
