Sam Harding – Managing Director

Sam Harding is the Managing Director of Glympton Construction Limited with responsibility of managing the employment of all staff, overseeing the business and all its projects. Sam has over twelve years’ experience within the Construction Industry. Sam is a qualified Quantity Surveyor who previously worked for a Quantity Surveyor Practice working alongside multi-disciplinary contractors and consultants. Sam has a track record of delivering successful schemes from first client contact through to completion as well as a proven ability to manage projects’ financial structures to maximise recovery and minimise expenditure.

 

Robert Harding – Operations Manager

Robert Harding is the Operations Manager of Glympton Construction Limited. Robert is a vastly experienced construction professional who has been involved within the construction industry for over twenty-five years’ specialising in mainly groundworks and civil engineering aspects.

Mitch Culpin – Commercial Manager

Mitch Culpin is the Commercial Manager of Glympton Construction Limited. Mitch develops and maintains strong relationships with clients to create new contracts. Mitch oversees and directs contractors, staff, suppliers and carriers to ensure timely results whilst procuring and obtaining materials and supplies for projects.
